Refund Policy

​At Hux Services, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Our services are digital in nature, so refunds are limited. Please review our policy below:


Billing Errors or Duplicate Charges
If you are accidentally billed in error or charged more than once, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate or incorrect charge.

Membership Cancellations
Memberships can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle. Once canceled, you will not be charged again.
No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods.


​Exceptional Circumstances
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact your assigned onboarding manager within 7 days of the charge.

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Delivery of Services
As all services are delivered digitally, refunds are generally not available once the service has begun, except in cases of billing errors or exceptional circumstances as outlined above.
