1. Service Description
You are purchasing a subscription-based digital membership service. Membership may include access to resources, educational content, and personalized support delivered digitally (including but not limited to WhatsApp, email, or other online platforms).
2. Service Activation
The service is considered delivered upon communication of onboarding instructions, guidance, or personalized support through any channel (including but not limited to WhatsApp, email, or phone).
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Membership fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable.
• Exceptions apply in the case of duplicate charges, billing errors, or if services are
not delivered as described.
• Customers may cancel their membership at any time, with cancellations applying to future billing cycles.
4. Dispute Resolution
Any questions or concerns must be addressed through our official support line. Most issues can be resolved quickly by contacting us directly. Customers agree to attempt resolution with our support team before filing a dispute with their bank or payment provider.
5. User Responsibility
The user is responsible for contacting our support line for any help or clarification before or after the service begins. Customers must also maintain accurate payment information.
6. Recurring Payments Authorization
By subscribing to this service, the user authorizes AVABAY LLC, DBA Hux Services to automatically charge the selected payment method at the agreed interval (monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, or yearly). The user understands that the subscription will renew automatically unless canceled in advance.
7. Agreement
By making payment, the user confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these terms, regardless of language or method of communication.
